The Home Access Center (HAC) allows parents to access grades and attendance information. Your username is your email鈥 address鈥 and your password 鈥媔s 鈥媡he temporary password鈥 you received by email. You will be required to change it 鈥媡he 鈥媐irst time鈥 you log in.
To request a HAC account or report a problem, and a technician will contact you via email or phone within two business days.
Due to data privacy concerns, some third-party "Apps" may not work with 皇家华人's Home Access Center (HAC) (even if the app claims support). Northside can only provide help to those using the official HAC website.
